Overview and Acceptance

The pickverulo online store, its content, and its shopping services are offered subject to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. The words 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to pickverulo. Visiting the website or placing an order means you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the services. The terms apply to visitors, shoppers, merchants, and anyone submitting content. New site features and tools are covered as well.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence, or that you are of legal age and have authorized your minor dependents to use the Site. You must use the Site and its products only for lawful purposes, comply with applicable rules and intellectual property laws, and never introduce viruses or destructive code. Serious violations may lead to suspension or termination of access.

2. General Service Conditions

We may decline to provide service when appropriate. Information you submit, other than payment-card data, may pass across different networks and be adapted for technical compatibility; card data is encrypted in transit. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Site, its services, or related access without written permission. Section headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these terms.

3. Information on the Site

We strive to provide useful information, but descriptions, historical materials, and other content may not always be complete, accurate, or current. Do not rely on general website information as your only basis for a decision where more authoritative sources are needed. We may revise content without undertaking to update every page, and you should check for changes.

4. Changes to Products, Prices, and Services

Product prices and available services may change without advance notice. We may adjust, pause, or stop all or part of the Site or a service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses solely arising from such changes, interruptions, or discontinuation.

5. Product Availability and Display

Some merchandise may be sold exclusively online or in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges follow the Return & Refund Policy. We make reasonable efforts to display images and colors accurately, but screens may show them differently. We may restrict sales by customer, quantity, or location; modify descriptions or prices; or withdraw products where permitted. Offers are void where prohibited. We cannot promise every product or service will meet every individual expectation.

6. Orders and Account Accuracy

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders, including related purchases placed through a shared account, card, household, or billing/shipping address. We may contact you about adjustments using checkout details and may restrict suspected reseller or distributor purchases. 7. Optional External Tools

From time to time, the Site may make tools operated by other providers available. Such tools are supplied on an 'as available' basis, without endorsement or warranties from us. You are responsible for reviewing the provider's terms and deciding whether to use the tool. Future optional features will also be governed by these Terms.

8. Links to Other Services

Some Site material or links may lead to third-party pages, products, or services. We do not control their accuracy, security, or practices and are not responsible for transactions or disputes arising solely from those outside services. Review their policies and direct related complaints to the relevant provider.

9. Customer Feedback and Submissions

If you send us ideas, reviews, proposals, competition entries, or other content, you authorize us to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, and distribute those submissions for business purposes without an obligation to compensate you, maintain confidentiality, or respond, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may correct or update those details and, when necessary, cancel an affected order, including after checkout, subject to applicable consumer law. A displayed revision date does not imply every part of the Site has been updated.

12. Unacceptable Activities

Do not use the Site for illegal acts, to encourage illegal conduct, to infringe rights, to harass or discriminate, to post deceptive material, to distribute malware, to gather others' personal data without authority, to spam or phish, to scrape or interfere with the Site, or to bypass its security controls. We may restrict access when these rules are breached.

13. Warranties and Liability

We cannot guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption, error, or security incidents, or that all outcomes will be reliable. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Site and services are made available without additional implied warranties, and our liability for losses arising from their use is limited. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer protections or rights that applicable law grants you.

14. Indemnity

Where lawful, you agree to protect and reimburse pickverulo and its related personnel, service providers, and partners against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or another person's rights.

15. Severability

If a particular clause is ruled invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or separated to the extent necessary, while the remaining clauses continue to apply.

16. Ending Use of the Service

These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or by us. You may stop using the Site or notify us that you wish to discontinue the service. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Terms have been violated. Obligations and amounts that arose before termination remain payable or enforceable where applicable.

17. Complete Agreement

These Terms, together with referenced store policies, represent the understanding governing your use of the Site and replace earlier discussions on the same subject. A failure to enforce a clause immediately does not mean we waive it. Interpretation is subject to applicable law.

18. Revisions to These Terms

The latest version will be available on this page. We may publish amended terms from time to time. Please review them periodically; continued use after changes take effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law.

19. Billing and Purchase Conditions

We can limit, refuse, or cancel orders and may contact you about changes. Related orders with matching customer, card, or address details may be treated together, and suspected wholesale or resale purchases may be declined. Keep account, payment, and contact details accurate so we can complete transactions and reach you when needed.
