Our Delivery Process

We aim to prepare and dispatch purchases efficiently. After your payment is authorized and checked, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your order then moves through preparation, shipment, and delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Processing time is separate from transportation time.

Estimated Shipping Time

Following dispatch by a commercial courier, delivery is normally estimated at 5–12 business days. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, we will email a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Charges

For orders below $49, the standard delivery charge is $5.99. Orders with a total value of $49 or more qualify for free shipping.

Total Delivery Estimate

The usual combined estimate is 6–15 business days: 1–3 business days for processing plus 5–12 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking Your Parcel

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to check the latest carrier scans. Updates may be delayed by weather events, industrial action, busy shopping periods, or other transport interruptions. Contact customer service if you need help interpreting a tracking status.

Courier Selection and PO Boxes

The delivery service is chosen according to order characteristics, including item dimensions and weight. If the selected courier cannot deliver to a PO Box address, we will contact you to discuss an alternative address or order cancellation.

Import Charges

Under the policy provided for this store, the amount charged for an order consists of the merchandise price and any stated delivery fee; customers are not expected to pay additional import duties or VAT on delivery.
